1.1Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the x paji platform and all its services. By accessing the website, opening an account, or playing any game, you are giving your full consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions of x paji have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and are considered a valid agreement between both parties. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.2Definitions

The key terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — the x paji website and mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on x paji.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a member's account, where real money and bonus funds are shown separately.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — the amount obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.3Scope of Terms

In addition to these main terms and conditions, x paji's privacy policy, bonus guidelines, and rules for specific games also apply. These documents together form the complete agreement between x paji and the member. In the event of any conflict, these main terms and conditions shall take precedence.

2.1Registration Requirements

To open an account on x paji, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2Identity Verification (KYC)

x paji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time when required. Proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method may be requested before processing a withdrawal request or if any irregularity is detected in account activity.

A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents are acceptable for verification. x paji reserves the right to withhold transactions if the required documents are not submitted.

2.3Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If unauthorised access is suspected, x paji's support team must be notified immediately. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your credentials is prohibited.

3.1Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used to deposit on x paji. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. If deposits have been made using multiple methods, the most recent deposit method will be given priority.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: generally 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds for which wagering has not been completed cannot be withdrawn.

3.3Anti-Money Laundering

x paji follows a strict policy against money laundering and illegal financial transactions. If unusual transaction patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification and investigation purposes. In such situations, the member concerned must provide the necessary information and documents.

4.1Welcome Bonus

x paji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

The welcome bonus can be received only once. If a family address, IP address, or payment method is used across multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply when claiming any bonus on x paji:

• Bonuses can only be used to play games on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If only bonus funds remain before the wagering requirement is met and it is not possible to fulfil the specified conditions with that balance, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of the period.
• Wagering on certain games may count at a different rate towards the wagering requirement — this will be stated in the individual terms of each bonus offer.

4.3Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, concealing identity, or systematically attempting to guarantee profit from bonus funds with the intent of abusing bonus offers will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, x paji reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

5.1RNG and Fairness

All slots, table games, and other casino games provided on the x paji platform are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result completely random and independent. Live casino games are operated through reputable providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

Any manipulation of game results or use of unauthorised software will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, cancellation of winnings.

5.2Technical Errors

If a game round is not completed due to a technical issue or network disconnection, x paji will, after investigation, attempt to refund the wagered amount where applicable. However, the result recorded in the provider's system will be considered final.

In the case of a display error in the game software, the data stored on the provider's server will be treated as correct.

5.3Sports Betting Rules

It is mandatory to read the specific rules of the relevant event before placing a bet in the sports betting section. The following general rules apply to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports:

• Bets placed before a match starts are generally valid, but may be cancelled under certain conditions.
• For in-play bets, bets placed after odds have changed will be settled at the new odds.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the bet is generally cancelled and the wagered amount is refunded.
• If one leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

6.1VIP Levels and Benefits

x paji's VIP program has three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The criteria for moving up to a higher level depend on overall activity and consistency of play on the platform — no specific turnover threshold is announced.

A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net loss.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net loss.

6.2VIP Terms and Conditions

Cashback is automatically added to the account at the end of the week. Net loss is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses. x paji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program — members will be notified in advance of any changes.

7.1List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Playing games or placing bets using unauthorised software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting any form of hacking or unauthorised access to the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs and failing to report them to x paji.
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other members.
• Backing and laying the same selection simultaneously on a betting exchange to gain a risk-free advantage.

8.1Closure by x paji

x paji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found.
• If registration was carried out using false information.
• If identity verification fails.
• Age verification shows the member is under 21 years old.
• If the account remains inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months without logging in).

8.2Closed by Member

Any member can request to close their account at any time through the x paji support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be paid out before closure, but bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.1Service Guarantee

x paji makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or other reasons. x paji will not be liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

x paji is not responsible for financial losses from gaming or betting. All games are played entirely at the individual's own decision and will. Past wins do not guarantee future wins.
